Maybe this sounds familiar?

You're the girl who does everything right:

good grades,

leadership roles,

volunteer work,

fun social life.

Always smiling and looking put together.

The whole package.

So why do you feel like you're drowning in anxiety?

The internal pressure to achieve even more while never feeling good enough.

The smile you put on when everyone asks how you're doing.

And that irritating voice in your head that says:

"Am I good enough?" "What if I fail?" "Why can't I just be happy and grateful with all I've achieved?"

Late at night, when the perfectionist mask comes off, the truth emerges.

You're tired. Very tired. Of pretending you have it all together and all figured out.

Of feeling like no one really sees the struggle beneath your success. It takes so much work to be you.

Of being the "perfect" daughter, student, friend, sister...while your anxiety silently spirals.

Your parents mean well, but they don't really get it.

"You have so much to be grateful for! Why are you so stressed? Just breathe!"

Your friends are either competing with you or complaining about their own drama.

Your professors see your effort, not your worth. Your smile fools them.

And your love life? It's either non-existent or you're in a serious relationship that isn't really what you want (and you secretly wish you weren't so tied down).

You're left feeling alone in a room full of people who think you've got it all.

The exhaustion. The overthinking. The perfectionism.

The fear.

If this feels familiar, then you've landed in the right place, sweet girl.

You are in the right place because I know how to help girls just like you!

I'm here to support you, listen to you, and give you ready-to-use strategies during each session to make your life easier.

It's not about being perfect; it's about learning to love yourself and to rely on yourself (you are amazing and capable and I'll prove that to you until you believe it).

It's time to break free from your negative spirals, and I'll teach you exactly how.

Click below and schedule your free mini session: it's time to feel calm and in control!

Free College Study & Assignment Tracker

Get on Top of Your Assignments with This

FREE Study Tracker

Created by Suzanne Hanna, Ed.S. | College Girl Life Coach

One of the biggest reasons college students feel overwhelmed is because everything feels like too much. You know you have assignments due, but without a clear picture of what’s coming, it’s easy to freeze and do nothing.

Enter procrastination and feeling stuck.

The very first step to getting organized is to be honest with yourself about what’s due and when. Pull out your syllabus, look at your class notes, and write everything down. Be honest and get it alllll down.

Once you see it in front of you, it feels less scary. You realize it’s not actually all due at once. You just need a system to keep track.

That’s where my Study & Assignment Tracker comes in! It’s a free template I created in Google Sheets that helps you organize every assignment, test, and project in one place.

Here’s what makes it so helpful:

  • You can create a tab for each course, so everything stays organized.

  • A semester drop-down menu makes it easy to reset and start fresh.

  • Color-coded status updates let you mark assignments as “Not Started,” “In Progress,” or “Skipped.” (Marking “Done” is the most satisfying, ofc!)

  • You see the big picture of what’s due, which makes it so much easier to plan your week.

This tool takes away that paralyzing feeling of not knowing where to start. Instead, you’ll know exactly what’s due and how far along you are.

Get your free tracker here: Click HERE to download the Free Study & Assignment Tracker.

It’s quick to set up, easy to use, and will give you the peace of mind that you’re not missing a thing.

You're stronger than you think you are, and I've always got your back.
