Your Perfect Exterior is a Mask:

Why You Might Be Quietly Unhappy

👇 Does this sound anything like you? 👇

You do everything right. Perfect grades. Leadership roles. Volunteer work. Solid social life.

Always smiling and looking put togehter.

The whole package.

So why do you feel like you're drowning in anxiety?

The internal pressure to achieve even more while never feeling good enough.

The fear that one wrong move will make it all crash

to the ground.

The constant exhaustion that you carefully

hide from others.

The smile you put on when everyone asks how you're doing.

And that irritating voice in your head that says:

"Am I good enough?" "What if I fail?" "Why can't I just be happy and grateful with all I've achieved?"

Late at night, when the perfectionist mask comes off, the truth emerges.

You're tired. Very tired. Of pretending you have it all together and all figured out.

Of feeling like no one really sees the struggle beneath your success. It takes so much work to be you.

Of being the "perfect" daughter, student, friend, sister...while your anxiety silently spirals.

Your parents mean well, but they don't really get it.

"You have so much to be grateful for! Why are you so stressed? Just breathe!"

Your friends are either competing with you or complaining about their own drama.

Your professors see your effort, not your worth. Your smile fools them.

And your love life? It's non-existent, OR you're in a serious relationship that isn't really what you want and you secretly wish you weren't so tied down.

You're left feeling alone in a room full of people who think you've got it all.

The exhaustion. The overthinking. The perfectionism.

The fear.

If this feels familiar, then you've landed in the right place, you precious girl.

Sweet girl, you don't have to struggle in silence anymore.

I'm here to support you, listen to you, and give you ready-to-use strategies during each session to make your life easier.

It's not about being perfect; it's about learning to love yourself and to rely on yourself (you are amazing and capable and I'll prove that to you until you believe it).

It's time to break free from your negative spirals, and I'll teach you exactly how.

Click below and schedule your free mini session: it's time to feel calm and in control!

Coming Home for the Summer Feels So Weird!

Coming Home for the Summer from College Feels So Weird: Here's Why

You haven’t unpacked yet because, honestly, where does all the stuff even go?

You feel off in your own skin. Like... this is your home, but something feels different.

College Girl Life Coach

College Girl Life Coach

You’re not the same girl who left for college last August—no matter what year you just finished.

Your parents are already getting on your nerves, and you seriously miss the freedom of grabbing food at 3am with your friends.

Here’s the truth: all of this is completely normal. You’re not broken. Nothing is wrong with you.

You’ve grown. And that growth? It’s real and powerful.

Let’s talk about how:

  • You aren’t the girl you used to be.

  • You’ve grown in ways no one else might see, and you don’t need to explain it to anyone.

  • You learned how to be independent and rely on yourself.

  • You built emotional resilience, because honestly, you had no other choice.

  • You met all kinds of people who challenged your worldview.

  • You learned way more in class than you realized: trust me, it hits different once you're home.

Right now, you’re in what I call the re-entry phase.

It’s that awkward in-between space: you're not quite the college version of yourself, and you're not the high school girl either. It might last a week. It might last all summer. Either way, don’t freak out. (You know I keep it real.)

This in-between space is uncomfortable. It’s called a liminal space: that weird, blurry stretch where you feel like you’re floating between two versions of yourself.

But here’s the beautiful part: this is where the magic happens.

Life Coach for College girls

This is where you integrate everything you've learned. This is where you let go of old patterns and get clearer about who you're becoming. Write about it in a journal. Talk to your friends who get it. Book a mini session with me.

Real Talk: And just because you're feeling weird, uncertain, or a little lonely, please don't go back to your ex or re-enter a toxic relationship just because it's familiar. I’m serious. DM me, text me, email me...I'll talk you out of it.

You’ve come so far.

You're wiser, stronger, and more self-aware than you think.

And you’re not alone.

You're stronger than you think you are, and I’ve always got your back.

I'm always here for you. As a Life Coach for College Girls, I specialize in walking girls through this type of transition and change. You'll feel supported, heard, and will get ready-to-use strategies to feel confident and in control. Oh, and most importantly, we have FUN! Here's a link to schedule a free mini session (no pressure, just laid back listening and advice): Free Mini Session with Suzanne
