Maybe this sounds familiar?

You're the girl who does everything right:

good grades,

leadership roles,

volunteer work,

fun social life.

Always smiling and looking put together.

The whole package.

So why do you feel like you're drowning in anxiety?

The internal pressure to achieve even more while never feeling good enough.

The smile you put on when everyone asks how you're doing.

And that irritating voice in your head that says:

"Am I good enough?" "What if I fail?" "Why can't I just be happy and grateful with all I've achieved?"

Late at night, when the perfectionist mask comes off, the truth emerges.

You're tired. Very tired. Of pretending you have it all together and all figured out.

Of feeling like no one really sees the struggle beneath your success. It takes so much work to be you.

Of being the "perfect" daughter, student, friend, sister...while your anxiety silently spirals.

Your parents mean well, but they don't really get it.

"You have so much to be grateful for! Why are you so stressed? Just breathe!"

Your friends are either competing with you or complaining about their own drama.

Your professors see your effort, not your worth. Your smile fools them.

And your love life? It's either non-existent or you're in a serious relationship that isn't really what you want (and you secretly wish you weren't so tied down).

You're left feeling alone in a room full of people who think you've got it all.

The exhaustion. The overthinking. The perfectionism.

The fear.

If this feels familiar, then you've landed in the right place, sweet girl.

You are in the right place because I know how to help girls just like you!

I'm here to support you, listen to you, and give you ready-to-use strategies during each session to make your life easier.

It's not about being perfect; it's about learning to love yourself and to rely on yourself (you are amazing and capable and I'll prove that to you until you believe it).

It's time to break free from your negative spirals, and I'll teach you exactly how.

Click below and schedule your free mini session: it's time to feel calm and in control!

Go To Class, College Girl

September 04, 20252 min read

Skipping class feels fun.

It feels rebellious, like you’re breaking some invisible rule.

For the first time in your life, no one is calling your parents or tracking you down if you miss a lecture. No hall passes. No attendance slips. No one watching over your shoulder.

That kind of freedom can give you a rush. You feel powerful, independent, untouchable.

It feels like everyone else is doing it, and they're doing just fine...right?!

Here's what I've learned as a Life Coach for College Girls: skipping class becomes addictive. One class turns into two. Two turns into a week. Before you know it, you’re behind, stressed out, and overwhelmed.

And if you’re the kind of person who freezes when things pile up, this is the worst habit you can fall into. Skipping class doesn’t just give you more time in the moment: it steals from your future self.

Because here’s what happens when you skip:

  • You miss the small details professors give that never make it onto the slides (ahem, extra credit included).

  • You lose the rhythm of the class, making it harder to keep up.

  • You feel guilty and avoidant, which makes it even harder to go back. You literally get stuck in "freeze mode."

And suddenly, you’re underwater.

So here’s my simple advice: go to class.

👉 Go when you’re tired.
👉 Go when you’re hungover.
👉 Go when you’re stressed.

You don’t have to be your best self in class. You don’t even have to be fully awake.

Just show up.

Showing up keeps you on track, builds resilience, and makes everything easier in the long run.

Skipping class might feel thrilling in the moment, but success in college is about consistency. And consistency is built one class at a time.

Also, showing up for yourself is never a bad idea.

I believe in you, sweet girl.

You're stronger than you think you are, and I've always got your back.
